Our Thursday Run Club is back tomorrow and, as always, it’s all about the good company and a steady 5K. No racing, no pressure. Just a chance to stretch the legs, get some fresh air, and maybe make a mate or two along the way.

We meet at The Grosvenor around 6:15pm and head off for a loop at 6:30. And yes, we absolutely end with a well-earned pint back at the bar. You’ve got to cool down after, right?
